• Bassem Kheir is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background and over 20 years of experience in construction and Post-Acute Care within healthcare. Bassem has recently joined TVM as the Expansion Director for the Saudi market, and plays a crucial role in shaping and executing the organization’s growth strategy
• His portfolio includes overseeing large-scale projects in residential, commercial, and healthcare facilities. Bassem has focused on the Post-Acute Care healthcare sector over the past decade, leading and delivering projects across the GCC region. His expertise in healthcare regulations, standards, and operational requirements ensures seamless project execution and improved patient care
• Before joining TVM, Bassem served as the Group Director of Business Expansion and Project Management at Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center (CMRC). In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the construction and expansion of two facilities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, as well as the establishment of the first facility in Dhahran, KSA. Additionally, he initiated the construction of a new facility in Khobar. Bassem was also involved in the renovation of IEC (International Extended Care) hospital
