• Ashley has worked in the private equity space for over 7 years with a particular focus on emerging markets in the healthcare and education industries
• His private equity experience covers evaluating investment opportunities covering screening of deals, performing investment analyses, and negotiating  definitive documentation through to closing investment transactions
• His experience also covers driving portfolio value creation through corporate strategy planning and execution, and leading strategic initiatives
• Ashley holds a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Sydney and is a CFA Charterholder.
